I've been to many weddings in the last 2.5 months, and I've seen beautiful things about love and how it comes in all beginnings and journeys. These are their short stories and how my heart melted.

Class clown meets cutie pie, over 10 year relationship. He cried the moment she stepped on to the aisle and smiled with so much pride through out. I cried all my mascara off in the first three minutes. My heart felt bigger just absorbing all the love in the room.

Long distance older couple, family friend. He travelled from the US to be with her, to start a-new, empty handed. They compromise by living in a share house, because that's all they can afford. But there was love, lots of fobby singing, and her big smile. It makes me feel like, sometimes, all you need is love.

Romance of the most composed, grown-uppy and sweet 24 year olds I know. They exuded a calm readiness for the next big step in their lives - marriage. So much so, it makes me believe I could be ready too. Cutest onscreen couple, doctors in white, arm in arm, for life.

Best friends to the very end, makes me know what I have is right. So much warmth and good will for this couple as they made the funnest wedding with never a dull moment. She was so elegant, as he beamed to say thankyou on behalf of his wife. Highlight moment was the elation in the room as the entire 450 people sang "we've got each other and that's a lot for love," from their song.

This love is so strong, funny, real, sexy, heart wrenchingly sweet! First DM's wedding, dream girl marries her dream dream guy after love at first sight. Cultures of colour array with Hindu tones. He will never take his eyes off this wonderful woman because you can see the adoration in his eyes, and she will be his steady rock. This time, I am proud to be seeing her fulfilled in love.

Dental love birds flying the flag that love can last, where I failed. Despite the public persona, everything he built to portray fell away when he looked at her like that as they danced to their (asiany) song. Admittedly, I cried. Bets broken, relief sighed. Love lasts forever.

Amazing 3 day Indian-Sri-Lankan Hindu-Buddhist wedding. Bollywood dancing rehearsals worthwhile after seeing the smile on her face. Made me feel like a part of the wedding, not just a guest. Secret marquee, city location on a mid-summer night did not stop a single soul from dancing the night away. Sentiments uttered over love-bread before German exams set off waterfalls of tears and smiles. High school sweetheart, long distance relationship, best friends love all wrapped up in one gorgeous couple. Don't marry the one you can live with, but you marry the one you can't live without. Hear hear.
